Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions renew every 30 days, but customers may cancel at any time within the first 20 days of their billing cycle.

Cancellations made within 20 days of the billing date will stop the next auto-shipment and charge.
If a cancellation is made after 20 days, the next shipment may already be in processing and cannot be stopped — however, the subscription will be canceled moving forward.
